International Team Manager

Cassandra Cowan

Cassandra Cowan is a Team Manager with the Canadian Junior Cup, supporting Canadian teams selected to participate in the annual international Swiss Cup with Switzerland. In this role, she oversees team logistics, travel coordination, scheduling, and on-site operations to ensure athletes and staff are supported throughout the preparation and competition process.

Cassandra works closely with athletes the U21 athletes, coaches, and organizational partners, providing leadership and day-to-day coordination before and during international travel. Her focus is on creating a structured, athlete-centred environment that allows teams to perform at their best on the international stage.

Team Official, Men's Canadian Team

Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is a Team Official with the Canadian Junior Cup, supporting teams participating in national and international competition and exchange. In this role, he assists with team operations, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure athletes and staff are supported throughout events and travel.

Matthew works closely with athletes, as well as coaches and team staff, helping to maintain a structured, organized, and athlete-focused environment. His involvement contributes to the smooth delivery of competition, training, and international experiences central to the to the Canadian team at the Swiss Cup.

Assistant Coach & Team Official, Women's Canadian Team

Jacqueline Cowan

Jacqueline Cowan is an Assistant Coach & Team Official with the Canadian Junior Cup, supporting Canadian teams selected to participate in the Swiss Cup. In this role, she assists with coaching, team coordination, athlete support, scheduling, and on-site operations to ensure a positive and organized experience for athletes and staff.

She works closely with athletes, coaches, and organizational partners, providing day-to-day support before and during international travel. Jacqueline plays an important role in fostering a safe, structured, and athlete-focused environment throughout the Swiss Cup.
